A simple application of mechanics in the pursuit of pleasure, this scene asks more questions than it answers. Is it a depiction of an actual event, an illustration of a fanciful legend, or the fabrication of an especially creative artist? A daily occurrence in some Rajah's palace, an annual celebration in honor of Shiva, or a cure for impotence? Is the suspended woman ever lowered onto the man's penis, is he supposed to ejaculate so powerfully that his semen shoots up and into her, or is this one of those Tantric things? All I can say for certain with regards to MekSex is that machinery, simple as it is, is being depicted in conjunction with sex.
